The latest powerhouse in the Square9 Softworks suite of products is Automotive Essentials, which specifically helps automotive dealerships.  One main issue they face is the paper Repair Orders (ROs) in their service departments and Dealer Jackets in their sales departments.

We have created a solution that can be deployed in almost any dealership allowing them to scan, automatically index, store, and easily retrieve these mission critical documents. This will eliminate the need to store these documents in filing cabinets or costly off-site storage locations.

Square 9 knows that most dealers are using CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, DealerTrack, or AutoSoft as their dealer management software so we’ve built this our Automotive Essentials package around those system specific documents. That means when those documents are OCR’d, we can ensure accurate extraction for the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) which is a crucial data point for tracking all vehicles that travel through a dealership.
