Jake Crossley is the General Manager of JBM Office Systems and the second generation of the Crossley family leading the company forward.
Before joining JBM full-time, Jake gained hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry and worked as a licensed financial advisor, giving him a strong foundation in both technology and business. Since joining JBM, he has worked across multiple areas of the company and developed a broad understanding of its customers, solutions and day-to-day operations.
In his role as General Manager, Jake is focused on continuing the company’s growth and streamlining operations with workflow automation while maintaining the responsive, relationship-driven service that has been central to JBM since 1987.
Jake remains actively involved with customers and sales, working closely with organizations to understand their workflows and identify practical technology solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs. He also serves as JBM’s mailing specialist, bringing extensive knowledge of mailing systems, document automation and related technologies.
As JBM continues to evolve, Jake is focused on building on the company’s established reputation while introducing new technologies, strengthening vendor partnerships and expanding the solutions JBM can provide its customers.
