John has been in the Document Imaging industry since 1986 and joined JBM in 1987. In 1988, John acquired the assets of JBM and has steadily grown the business from 3 employees to 15, touching all facets of the business along the way. Being in the Technology industry requires a mindset of constant change and John has seen many over the 30 plus years of leading JBM. Most recently, he became certified with Square 9 for their award winning GlobalSearch document management software to compliment his certification with the Association of Imaging and Information Management (AIIM) as an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Practitioner. With this knowledge and experience, John can help your business ease the paper burden by moving into the world of digital document management with advanced capture technologies and business process automation techniques.
Not one to rest on his laurels, John looks forward to continuing to grow and expand JBM offerings in the areas of Managed Print Solutions and Managed IT Solutions including Datto Hybrid Cloud Business Continuity Solutions for Back-Up and Disaster Recovery services and Ransomware security solutions. These are areas which have quickly hit the radar of small and medium businesses over the last couple years due to the ever growing security threat posed by the darker side of the Internet.
